A Life Update 💛 Where have I been? 💭 I have missed each and every one of you and this space so much. Life has been and is truly a consistent reminder of the need for - FLOW. What happens when life throws curve balls? 💭 Do we flow or- close? The last few months this has been tested for me over and over again. Can I flow instead of shut down, become angry, worried or fearful when change or curve balls show up? It isnt easy. Life has required a lot of softening and trusting these last few months. I started to develop continual health flares linked to my stress as I have been working almost full time with assisting my father in his life transition for him after his health and more started to decline rapidly and has needed more support. My sister and I are his only family and working with the resources of the system, housing and more - has been, very timely and exhausting. Sadly with this - my time, energy and ability to create and be present in this space has been more limited. I know this is only temporary but just like anything- can we trust the temporary set backs or pain that may be with us in life right now? Can we stay open to life and ourselves when these type of set backs happen? I can’t thank you enough for all who are still with me here 🤍 Thank you for your patience in this last month!
