I was asked recently why as a woman do I want to have muscles.
Personally I think it adds more curves to my body. I love the feeling of having toned, shapely muscles. I love feeling strong. Visually I love thick pecs and a wider neck. It fascinates me that you can manipulate the body shape by diet and training.
I train for ‘me’ because I love how it makes me feel and look. ☺️❤️

Had a great visit to Dubai. Got to see the tallest building in the world - Burj Khalifa. Biggest shopping mall in the World, Palm Jumeirah, experience temperatures of up to 48 degrees, superb coffees, warm ocean, amazing food ☺️😍

Training back using my “Channels”. I call my lifting straps my Channels. There’s a story to that…
My straps have been all over the world with me. I bought a huge bottle of my favourite perfume Channel Blu at the duty free and had it in the front of my gym bag with with my lifting straps. In a rush to get training - I dropped my bag on the floor and set off to pump iron💪. I finish up and discover that the bottle had smashed and drenched my straps in wonderful smelling Channel Blu.
So hence the name - my Channels. 🙃

Shrugging is one of my favourite exercises because not only does it work traps, it also works chest, deltoids and triceps.
It’s not very attractive though what with the facial expressions!
