



πβ¨Life brings us endless blessings to be thankful for each day β¨π Starting a gratitude practice has truly changed my life. Taking just a few moments each morning and day to list what Iβm thankful for and then feel deep into my heart how wonderful it is to have and notice these blessings. To fully honor them and breathe them in. This practice helps us observe and come back into presence with the little things in life we often pass by or may not take time to fully think about. It helps us see just how blessed we really are. Always.
