

A quick practice to shift a tougher moment or stuck mood to a lighter or better mood ♥️👇🏻 I love using this practice when I’m moving through stress, fear, sadness, approaching the unknown and more. 1. Close your eyes and visualize as you breathe in and out that you are breathing and opening up the space where your HEART is. Do this for 1-2 minutes with slow, conscious breaths focused on feeling connected to that space of your heart. 2. Start to think about all of the moments someone told you a genuine “thank you” or that someone gave you a deep compliment. Also begin to think of everything you want to say thank you for or who to and what you are feeling grateful for in your life today, down to the smallest things. 3. As you think of these thank yous and gratitude, breathe in and out into your HEART SPACE. Feel those moments filling your heart up as you think of how good and blessed they make you feel and feel those feelings as you breathe in and out of your heart space. Feel it OPEN. Feel yourself be taken to those moments and fully feel them. Go through as many thank you memories or gratitude lists for as long feels good or as long as it takes for your heart to feel more calm or filled with more joy than the current state or emotion. Allow the re-set ♥️ Cheers to being able to come into calm and grounded-ness in the storm or stress filled moments. When we return to using this practice, we find joy. We find calm. We come back to opening to LOVE.
