iβm feeling pretty down in the dumps right now because of how chaotic my life is, but iβm trying really hard not to let it bring me down. i feel like once i let it effect me, itβs that much harder to get back into my routine. iβve been trying to practice telling myself itβs okay and itβs not the end of the world. i guess all i can do is take life day by day and eventually i will fall back into my routine π€
