But after just four weeks overseas, I've returned much heavier and softer, with all of those pounds returning to hang off of my belly.

As I gorge myself on chicken drumsticks, mac & cheese and deviled eggs, I reflect on how effortlessly the weight piled back onto me. It's not just about the food- it's about my lack of control around it, and how any lapse in my fitness routine has severe consequences for my weight and my figure. With every bite, my once-firm body becomes a thing of the past- replaced by soft jiggles and rolls of dough that I struggle to hide under clothing. You'll get to see me step on the scale and watch my heart sink as the number rises.  And then I stuff myself to the absolute limit, straining my poor, swollen belly in the process.

Watch me lament the size I've become, embarrassed but unable to resist all of the delicious food that brought me here. I talk about fitness struggles, doctor visits and health complications, times I felt embarrassed and even hopeless about my size, and more.
