I thought, “Let’s just try it on for fun. No big deal.” Next thing I know, I’m staring in the mirror like, “OMG, I feel like a total heartbreaker in this!” 😈🔥

Today, I’ve got something special for you... How about starting the day with a delicious and healthy breakfast? 🍽️✨

I absolutely love cooking, and one of my favorite dishes is syrniki! 😋
So, I thought I’d share my go-to recipe that always turns out perfect! 💖

Here’s my recipe for the perfect syrniki:

🥣 Ingredients:

- Cottage cheese – 250-300 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Wheat flour – 2-3 tbsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp (or a little more if you like);
- A pinch of salt;
- Unrefined vegetable oil – 2 tbsp (for frying).

How I make them:

1️⃣ Mash the cottage cheese with a fork until smooth, then add sugar, salt, and a little vanilla. Mix it all together.
2️⃣ Add the flour and egg, then mix again. The dough should be soft and tender.
3️⃣ On a floured surface, shape the dough into a sausage and cut it into pieces about 2 cm thick. Roll each piece in flour and gently flatten into a circle.
4️⃣ Heat some oil in a pan, then fry the syrniki on both sides until g0lden.


Lower the heat, cover the pan, and cook for a few more minutes.

And voilà – my perfect syrniki are ready! 🥞 I usually serve them with thick yogurt and fresh fruit.
Today, I went with peach and blueberries – so tasty and healthy! 🍑🫐

I've been trying to keep myself busy, finding ways to distract my mind. But nothing really prepares you for the loss of someone who’s been part of your heart since childhood. She wasn’t just my mom; she was my whole world when I was little. And even as I grew up, she was always there, a piece of me.

Now, I’m trying to figure out how to live in this new reality without her. It’s not easy, but I'm learning day by day. Sometimes it’s overwhelming, but I know she’d want me to keep going, to keep smiling when I can. It’s a strange balance of grief and gratitude for all the memories.

I just wanted to share that. Maybe writing it down will help me feel a little lighter. 🌸

My dad would sit in the passenger seat, hands nervously gripping the door handle, while I tried to navigate the roads like they were a giant abstract painting.

"Slow down!" he'd yell, even though we were barely going 20 mph. "This isn’t a race track!" Meanwhile, I was just trying to keep the car inside the lines like a perfectly drawn sketch—easier said than done when those lines kept moving!

At one point, I tried to impress him by parking perfectly. I ended up halfway on the curb, and he just looked at me and said, "Well, at least you stopped the car." We both burst out laughing.

Driving with my dad felt like working on a painting—messy at first, but with practice, it started to come together. He always told me, “Driving is like art—you need patience and control.”
