You guys are great and i just want to kinda keep you up to date on current situation.
I havent really been posting consistently and for that im sorry guys. Over time with the gym, supplements, sweat and hair has caused my back to breakout a little bit. And i honestly LOVE my back. Its my favorite workout day and one of my personal favorite attributes. So about a month ago i decided im going to run a low dose of accutane to clear it up so it will never be an issue again. And I'd say its doing what its supposed to do. But part of that is shrinking all oil glands. So at first it gets a little worse then it clears up. So currently is causing a few extra zits on my forehead and shoulders and just making me feel a little self conscious and bringing me back mentally to a place i was at in highschool. So now instead of just worrying about my small dick, i gotta worry about this hahahaha. But ive decided im going to commit. Its honestly getting better slowly by the day. And once its clear youre gonna see a lot more. More back. More ass pics hahaha. Just hang in here with me.

Tuesday check in with the coach. Saw 212.6 on scale yestrday so we're just going with that. Got a fucking zit or 2 on my forehead from all this gym shit. But im not gonna hide from you because of it. That wouldnt be genuine.

What a junk workout. 4 or 5 months into this cut i cant even remember at this point, i managed to maintain sets. This week i lost reps. I normally do front squats for 12 at 255lbs but in the vid is my last few reps and they start going to shit. Not low enough and completely failed on the 12th. I got a little angry in the vid. I threw in some other stuff for you. ......3 more weeks
I caved and had a double quarter pounder and fries and a small piece of birthday cake last night😫. MONTHS OF TRAINING DOWN THE DRAIN!! hahaha sometimes gotta remember im still human and im not training for a competition. Carbs will be good fuel for leg day today. GOODMORNING FRIENDS!
