💛✨A playful pleasure exercise 💛✨
• Choose an item you’d like to use in some sensory 1:1 time with your body.
• This could be a flower, feather, hairbrush bristles, a riding crop, a glove, a pencil tip, etc. Whatever feeling you’d like to tune into with using that item.
• Dedicate some time to slow down with this item.
However long feels good for you.
• Start at the top of your body and allow the chosen item to slowly move down, exploring your body bit by bit( you can also do this as a partner exercise)
Close your eyes ( if comfortable)
Breathe into the feeling. Deep breaths.
Where feels best for you? What senses come up?
(This is YOUR exercise, so whatever speed or movement feels best, tune into that. Notice what comes with this)
Play is our birth right.
The more we play, the more we come home to us.

When a body part aches, check in with what emotions you’re feeling or thinking on in that moment or what is going on in your life at the moment.

I came across a maraca at the thrift store last week and decided to buy it to add into my instruments.
More than ever recently, sound, music and playing music have been a major form of therapy and a big piece in my healing for me.
Finding ways to use and express our voices and feelings inside is key.
Even with little moans, or sounds or words ( even if they don’t make sense)

Whatever it is that allows you to step into the day feeling: centered and lighter, more ready to take on what comes: let’s do that.
Even if we only have a few moments, those few moments can do WONDERS if we are tuned in and present within them 💛

Using a slow, straw like pulling in, breathing technique allows us to build up into our sexual energy into our genitals ✨
• Find a comfortable position for you
• Close your eyes (if you feel comfortable)
• Follow along with the breath and tune your focus into following the breath down as it enters your mouth, in through the body, all of the way down to reaching the genitals.
•Exhale and feel the air as if it were leaving through your genitals, as slowly as you can
