I've had some lovely messages regarding my anxiety post. It's sad to read that a lot of you also suffer from anxiety too. There was a time about ten years ago where I could not leave the house, I have come so far and I have learnt lots of coping mechanisms over the years, I sometimes have little blips and it's hard, but it's not unbearable anymore. Anxiety often actually helps me in this job as I use the adrenaline, the adenaline often helps me deliver some of my best performances. I love my job, and I love having the adrenaline to use. I'm not ashamed of it. Sometimes when I'm stressed I have little relapses, but I always fight through.. Mental health issues are very real, I lost my mum to bi-polar 7 years ago, and I would love to do a half marathon for my favourite charity mind later in the year, and I really hope I can achieve this. It would be amazing to finally honour my mum. Thank you for all your support, I've said it before, but I'll say it again, I don't have the most followers but I do have the BEST, you are all fighters too, we've got this Xxx

Good evening my lovely lot. I suffer from anxiety and I sometimes have little blips and relapses, but I like to think I'm getting better at dealing with it. I don't think anybody should be ashamed about speaking up on mental health issues. We are fighters. I've started running, that helps. I'd reccomend exercise to anyone who's feeling a bit under the weather. If you're a fellow anxiety sufferer, what coping mechanisms help you? 👊🤛
