Getting back into making digital art to help with my depress..
Getting back into making digital art to help with my depression as a new hobby. Not trying to use it as a distraction from my feelings, but instead trying to go straight into them to shine the light of awareness about what’s really going on to help myself process things. Then afterwards it’s nice to have a hobby, to keep a sense of joy in life and not get apathetic. Trying to be more aware of when I’m feeling myself going into hiding. Trying to see that my natural reaction to stress in my life is avoidance, and to disappear from everyone and avoid talking about what’s going on with me but I am opening a new chapter of my life after turning 30 this year and want to include others in my life whether things are going great or not. I don’t have to go through pain alone and I don’t have to decide showing my pain always gets me rejected, because sometimes people completely understand and even relate to me and feel more connected as a result. So here is my pledge to be more present in showing all sides of me on this new journey 🖤 Thanks for being a part of it with me

I ended up losing a little weight due to health issues recen..
I ended up losing a little weight due to health issues recently...health issues I knew of but thought I could keep ignoring..it was a wake-up call to take my health even more seriously than I was before. Beginning to take even better care of myself as I emphasize self love on this journey and becoming comfy in my body with all the changes and phases it goes through 💖
