Good morning from my starter belly on day 5 of 5K calorie days! So much bigger than my starter on Monday. I have blown up massively. As far as if I'll hit that 5K goal today, I'm not really sure. I'm going to listen to my body and do what she wants and if I hit it sweet and if I don't I'm still really freaking proud of myself! Day 4 of my 5K calorie days! I'm sitting at 1310 after my breakfast and working up more of an appetite by....doing nothing. But in the 🌞 sun 🌞 so I'm at least getting some Vitamin D! I can really see my gains showing through. I ate two chicken biscuits and two cherry Pop-Tarts like they were nothing so I know without a doubt my stomach has stretched considerably this week already.
