Last week I got a new Umbrella Academy skirt and planned to shoot a set with it today and now that plan is PERFECT because Elliot Page has come out and I'm so here for everyone being their true, authentic self! It's the only way to be happy. When you try and put yourself into a box you don't fit in, you'll never be able to truly love or accept yourself. Hair content!!! My friend has literally the most luscious hair! So long and thick and healthy! We do an all over color on her and sometimes throw some highlights in there a couple times a year. I am absolutely loving warm, reflective blondes lately!
Sometimes I really need to do laundry but then I pull together really cute outfits for work instead of just leggings and a hoodie 😅😅 day 3 of a migraine babes, sorry I haven't been super active getting back to messages! I'll definitely slowly be making my way through them today 😚

But I need new tools (mostly so I stop burning my hand on that silly measuring cup 😅)! I'm fundraising to get an electric pour over kettle and a bigger pot as well that will make more than one cup! This Thanksgiving I'm grateful for friends who let me do fun stuff to their hair! She hadn't colored her hair black in about a year and had only ever done professional color but it still was difficult to lift! You can see the difference in how her natural hair lifted vs her ends which stayed kind of orange-y. We knew going in this would probably be an issue and got creative! I don't know about you, but I'm here for this 2000's chunky face frame e-girl hair trend!
A little Dry Shampoo tutorial for you! The Pulp Riot dry shampoo Berlin is hands down my FAVORITE- and I'm a dry shampoo junkie! I have tried pretty much all of them... 🤣🤣 and it actually makes your hair feel and look cleaner than any other brand I've tried! When you have high maintenance color like I do, you cannot be shampooing frequently- I only wash once or twice a week or after a sweaty workout as sweat is terrible for your hair and scalp (but try to plan around that as much as possible) or my color would be completely faded out in 2 weeks. Have you ever tried dry shampoo?

But with my job working closely with the public, it's not smart for me to do right now 😓😓 it was fun to get cute and go out( the like...5 times a year I did that) tho! I work hard to keep my clients safe and that includes keeping my Quarantine Bubble very tiny and staying home most of the time, except to go to Target because I can't stay away 🤣

Believe it or not, this color was not planned! We were working to get her silver, but some old Overtone that was on her hair caused her to lift pink. So...we work with what we get! I actually love when this happens. It makes me think outside the box and it usually turns into some of my best work. She rocks this color!

So it ended up being totally perfect that today is puppy content becauseeeeee it's Mabel's Gotcha Day! 9 years ago today this little bug made her way into my life from the Humane Society and shes been my best little buddy ever since! She was so littttleee, about 5/6 months old! Im literally cradling her in bed right now which makes typing difficult...but today is dedicated to my little baby! Tell me about your pets!!!

I showed you my "before-work-wearing-a-mask-all-day-routine".....and this is the opposite! Also, I do hair not makeup so this is just what works for me-nothing ~official~! I use hardly any "expensive" makeup brands....I use a lot of ELF and Colourpop! Which are both cruelty free, inexpensive, and super high quality! Especially for the price 😉😉 This was 30 minutes of footage I had to edit down to about 5 😅😅 hope you enjoy!

Well, I was going to shoot a brand new "Everyday" outfit set and some customs for you lovely angels today...but life happened. Found out the upstairs neighbors tested positive for Covid so we need to go get tested today instead! Leaf Mold is very high here this time of year and I had a bit of a sinus headache and scratchy throat yesterday but just to be safe and to make sure that those symptoms *are* just allergies, time to have my very first Covid test! Look out for the rest of this set in DMs tonight and wish me luck that I didn't pick up any Covid germs 🦠🦠🦠
Listen, normally I don't give trolls one second of thought. And to be completely honest, being a visibly fat person on the internet is super scary- but this community has surprised me. The amount of love and support I've gotten has outweighed those 5 trolls ×2937494. (Literally only 5 trolls since starting this page 🤯 I'm so pleasantly surprised by that!) But here's the thing. I've worked HARD to reclaim that word- fat. Fat is not a dirty word, it's a descriptor. I am fat! But don't come at me trying to weaponize that word against me, because here I am- Fat. Happy. Living my best life. If I was able to tell 15 year old me that this amazing platform and all of you beautiful people would be a part of my life, I NEVER would have believed it.
