Did you miss my live yesterday? It was so much fun! For 25 minutes I painted my 🐱 and I show you how I do it, very close up. I then imprint it onto canvas and show you the results. Now I’m in the process of framing the results and I will post them for sell, with the used paint brushes 😘, today or tomorrow!
Also I have a few behind the scenes I will post. One you will see me showering to get the paint off and the other is a very close up shot of me twerking so you can see the paint infiltrate all those sensitive spots 😉

It’s Saturday! What are your weekend plans?? Need some inspiration? Try the 20 min yoga flow out in the Aspen forest, I posted in my last post. Enjoy as I guide you to open up all our energy in our Muladhara (root, located right in the the pelvis region) chakra, and pull it all all the way up to Anahata (heart, located in between the breasts) chakra. I will finish with some fun twerking at the end to leave you feeling very invigorated and alive!

I found this really great piece of driftwood to practice my standing hanumanasana (splits pose), plus other splits variations on! Also, some other really cute poses including a laid back malasana (yogis squat), trikonasana (triangle pose), and some in between shots ❤️

I had a blast traveling this week. I met up with some incredibly beautiful humans, had the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life, and was able to shoot some really cool stuff with Asana from @audriasana .
