I had a great day! Today was my only day off this week. Morning sex, followed with a yoga class. I love starting the day right :) Came back for a yummy homemade brunch then got a couple hours in on the mountain bike. I had knee surgery 8mo ago and it has been a long recovery :( I am training for an ultra endurance mountain bike race later this summer tho so I need to get after it. Feels like I'm starting from scratch! After a few cold hard hours outside, that warm bath sure felt good 🥰

I still haven't been feeling great and this was pretty much my one day off this week. I started my day with a friend and coffee, then home for pretty much the rest of the day.
