I have that under control. I need help being pushed to be consistent and dedicated and that’s exactly what he does. There’s no shame in hiring a trainer. It can only increase your results and can be a lot of fun working with somebody!

Usually I would straighten my knees more for a Romanian deadlift to target my glutes, but my injury wouldn’t allow it. Romanian deadlifts also work the calves, quads, and forearms indirectly, so that’s great as well. Stay positive, meditate, and do something nice for yourself today! 🥰

Step 2: Get down on your knees and pull handles and hold it behind your neck or near your temples depending on the handle. Step 3: Your body should make about a 90 degree angle with a slight arch in your back. Step 4: Crunch downwards until your elbows touch your knees and then return to starting position. Step 5: Repeat until you die 🤪🤪🤪
