Guess what i’m reading 📖 This book is called “you are here” and the author is Thich Nhat Hanh 🧿 He has written many books that have really helped me through my spiritual journey 🔮 This one is all about being in the present moment and all the benefits that come with that 🪬 I highly recommend this book if you are wanting to grow spiritually 🌱 It is also really helpful if you are struggling with mental health, having issues such as anxiety or depression 🌧
